Common questions

Before you engage.

Do you replace our current waste haulers?+

Not necessarily. We frequently keep incumbent vendors in place on renegotiated terms. Our recommendation is driven entirely by pricing, service quality, and coverage — never by a vendor relationship.

How are your services structured?+

Engagements are structured around a documented baseline of your current spend and service levels, with performance measured against that baseline throughout the relationship.

How long does a waste audit take?+

Most assessments are completed within two to three weeks of receiving invoices and contracts. Larger multi-site portfolios may require additional time for site-level verification.

What do you need from us to start?+

Twelve to twenty-four months of waste invoices, any current service agreements, and a site list. We handle the analysis from there.
